Warranty: 06 months warranty.

Warranty on all of our jewellery pieces. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage, please get in touch. It's worth noting our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage for improper use or storage.

How do I clean my jewellery ?

Keep your jewellery clean by polishing every few months which, along with a cleaning spray and soft brush. No chemicals should be used on gold plated jewellery. If you have silver jewellery you can use warm, soapy water - but be sure to let it dry after cleaning.

How do I prevent my jewellery from tarnishing?

Our jewellery is designed to be worn everyday but to keep it looking its best, make sure to remove it any time you wash, exercise or sanitise. Keep exposure to soaps, perfumes, lotions, oils and chlorine to a minimum and do not submerge your pieces in water for long periods of time.

About our Material

Sterling silver: We use certified 925 sterling silver which is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. The addition of other metals makes it far more durable than pure silver alone, with no compromise to colour or lustre.

18ct Gold Vermeil: Our gold vermeil styles are made with 18ct solid gold (of at least 2.5 microns) carefully layered on top of 925 sterling silver. The finish is tree times thicker than average gold plating, and far more durable.

Metal: 18ct Recycled Gold Plating on Brass:The base material consists of a copper and zinc metal alloy and is plated with a protective varnish that ensures greater durability of the piece. Our pieces do not contain nickel in their composition and we also use an anti-allergenic layer.

What is the delivery time in UK?

Standard Delivery:Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays).

Express Delivery:Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for UK Express Delivery. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered the next day using this service. For orders placed before 12pm on a Friday with UK Express Delivery selected, delivery will we made the following Monday. For orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and anytime on a Saturday or Sunday with UK Express delivery selected, delivery will be made the following Tuesday. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays

Can I Click & Collect ?

SAME-DAY CLICK AND COLLECT - FREE: Same-day collections are available at Villa Valentina - Outlet Shopping at O2.
Place your order online up until 7pm for same-day collections. After 7pm the order will not be available for collection until the following day. When the order is ready for collection in the store, we will contact you by email. Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the order is ready. You will need to bring confirmation of your order with you when you come to collect it. The last time to collect is 7pm.
