Warranty on all of our jewellery pieces within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage, please get in touch. It's worth noting our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage for improper use or storage.

Repairing

Our pieces are made to be worn everyday, which can sometimes lead to damage. Where possible, we'll repair your piece and send it back - good as new. If it's fixable and you're still within your 06 months warranty.
We’re committed to repair within 45 days and at no cost.
After this period, we'll offer you a voucher.

How do I clean my jewellery ?

Keep your jewellery clean by polishing every few months which, along with a cleaning spray and soft brush. No chemicals should be used on gold plated jewellery. If you have silver jewellery you can use warm, soapy water - but be sure to let it dry after cleaning.

How do I prevent my jewellery from tarnishing?

Our jewellery is designed to be worn everyday but to keep it looking its best, make sure to remove it any time you wash, exercise or sanitise. Keep exposure to soaps, perfumes, lotions, oils and chlorine to a minimum and do not submerge your pieces in water for long periods of time.

About our Material

Sterling silver: We use certified 925 sterling silver which is made up of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. The addition of other metals makes it far more durable than pure silver alone, with no compromise to colour or lustre.

18ct Gold Vermeil: Our gold vermeil styles are made with 18ct solid gold (of at least 2.5 microns) carefully layered on top of 925 sterling silver. The finish is tree times thicker than average gold plating, and far more durable.

Metal: 18ct Recycled Gold Plating on Brass:The base material consists of a copper and zinc metal alloy and is plated with a protective varnish that ensures greater durability of the piece. Our pieces do not contain nickel in their composition and we also use an anti-allergenic layer.
