Standard Delivery:Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays). Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays).

Express Delivery:Order by 12pm Monday to Thursday for UK Express Delivery. Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be delivered the next day using this service. For orders placed before 12pm on a Friday with UK Express Delivery selected, delivery will we made the following Monday. For orders placed after 12pm on a Friday and anytime on a Saturday or Sunday with UK Express delivery selected, delivery will be made the following Tuesday. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays

Warranty: 06 months warranty.
We offer a six months warranty on all of our jewellery pieces. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage, please get in touch. It's worth noting our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage for improper use or storage.
You’re spoilt for choice! We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Clearpay.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund.
Your purchase can be returned for a full refund within 07 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
•Items must be in new, unused/unworn condition. We reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
•All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags
•All items purchased as part of a set or as part of a promotional offer must be returned according to the promotion terms & conditions.
Please return your item unused and in original condition, including labels, with proof of purchase within 7 days. Send the return by Royal Mail 2nd class, Signed-for delivery.

SAME-DAY CLICK AND COLLECT - FREE: Same-day collections are available at Villa Valentina - Outlet Shopping at O2.
Place your order online up until 7pm for same-day collections. After 7pm the order will not be available for collection until the following day. When the order is ready for collection in the store, we will contact you by email. Please do not make the journey to the store until you have received confirmation from us that the order is ready. You will need to bring confirmation of your order with you when you come to collect it. The last time to collect is 7pm.
